This assessment measures your school's readiness across the three interconnected frameworks of Emotionally Inclusive Schools™ because culture doesn't break down in one place. It breaks down across leadership, practice, and the student experience simultaneously.

Emotionally Inclusive Leadership™ (EIL) Great school culture doesn't start with students, it starts with the adults who design the conditions they live in. This section assesses whether your leadership team models emotional intelligence, builds psychological safety, makes equity-informed decisions, and creates the systemic conditions that make everything else possible.

If leadership isn't leading with emotional intelligence, no amount of classroom strategy will hold.

Emotionally Inclusive Practices™ (EIP) This section examines what's actually happening between adults and students every day. Are educators building relationships before issuing corrections? Are they trauma-informed, reflective about their own triggers, and creating space for every student to feel seen? Adult practice is the bridge between leadership vision and student experience.
